A classic tented camp

Sanctuary Ngorongoro Crater Camp sits within the Ngorongoro Conservation area just a short drive from the Ngorongoro Crater western access road allowing fantastic access to the crater floor.

The camp offers ten luxury safari room tents – each with its own en-suite bathroom and indoor shower. The tents have a small sitting area in front of them where early morning coffee and biscuits can be enjoyed before starting the day of incredible game viewing.

The main common areas include a dining area, bar area and lounge area as well as comfortable sofas placed in specially-selected locations around the camp. For an intimate experience you can choose to dine on individual tables set in special spots around the camp, overlooking the action below.

As well game drives into the famous Crater area, home to a large assortment of animals including zebra, rhino, buffalo, warthog, wildebeest, hippo and elephants; and an amazing population of predators – lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and leopard, there are also cultural activities in a nearby Masai village.
