Overlooking Italy‘s Adriatic coast, Canne Bianche Lifestyle Hotel is a luxury beachfront hotel in Puglia. Its villa-style building is located in the former fishing village Torre Canne di Fasano, known for its thermal springs and sweep of golden sand with shallow waters. The hotel’s saltwater swimming pool is set amid gardens with olive, pine and palm trees, and a gate leading directly to the beach. 

Airy rooms and suites are decorated to complement the surroundings, blending warm, earthy tones with bright, breezy shades of white and pops of cerulean. The expansive suites have balconies or terraces with sun beds and clear sea views framed by olive trees. While marble bathrooms with rain showerheads and, in some rooms, deep-soaking tubs, add a spa-like quality.

Aqua SPA has thalassotherapy pools, while treatments use native plants, herbs and olive oil. Relaxation and aromatherapy form part of the hotel’s wellness offering; personal trainers, coaches and nutritionists can create bespoke itineraries and mindful eating plans.

Like everything at the hotel, dining is deeply rooted in Apulian traditions and ingredients. Autentico Wine & Restaurant, whose windows are surrounded by plants and blooms, serves pizza and seasonal dishes made with regional produce. At Giùammare Osteria Contemporanea, with tables arranged under a thatched bamboo roof, the menu revolves around freshly caught fish, served beside the sea.
