Dulini Daunara

Dulini Daunara sits beside a private lagoon in northern Botswana’s Okavango Delta, where seasonal floodwaters attract abundant wildlife. Over 440 bird species have been recorded in the area alongside lions, leopards, wild dogs, antelope and elephants. You can book one suite or reserve the camp in full.

Your base is one of five luxury tented suites, spread across standalone tents and a two-bedroom family villa. Each opens onto a private deck with wide views over the lagoon. The family villa gives you a shared living area, dining table and central lounge space. Around the camp, there is a swimming pool and a traditional fenced boma, an open-air gathering space often used for fireside dining.

At Dulini Daunara, the lagoon is central to the experience. We especially recommend heading out by mokoro canoe or on a guided boat excursion through the Delta’s water channels. To explore further afield, go on game drives and walking safaris across floodplains, island woodlands and drier ground. These give you time to notice tracks, plants and smaller wildlife, as well as big game, including elephants that may pass close to camp.

You can also take a helicopter flight over the Delta, try fishing or explore the Tsodilo Hills, where ancient petroglyphs were painted by the Indigenous San people.
