Homely Privacy with Epic Views

Situated in a secluded wilderness area of the Okonjima reserve, the Private Bush Suite is a part of the Okonjima family consisting of the Main Camp, the Grand African Villa and the Bush Camp. You’ll find this unique Africa cottage nestled in open Acacia thorn-veld against the backdrop of the sandstone Omboroko Mountains and overlooking a waterhole. It’s a great option for a family or closed group looking for privacy and independence.

This private suite houses two en-suite bedrooms under its magnificent thatched roof and can accommodate a family or friend group of four people. Bedrooms are equipped with two queen-sized beds each, one of which can be wheeled outside onto the terraces should you wish to experience a night under the stars. Both en-suite rooms have inside showers, outside bush-showers and a colonial-style bath with a fantastic view.

You’ll enjoy the use of a chef-designed kitchenette, a spacious lounge, inside and outside dining areas and an open, wood-burning fireplace. The cottage features high roofs and air-conditioning throughout, large viewing windows and doorways fitted with roll-down canvas partitioning for the option of a tent-style experience without sacrificing on comfort. Outside, you’ll find a 13-metre pool.

Your stay will be complimented by the services of a personal chef, a host or hostess and an exclusive guide with a game-drive vehicle.
