Luxury Scottish Highlands Tours made for you
Experience the wilderness of Scotland
Sublime landscapes and a distinct culture
The Scottish Highlands is a sublime landscape of lochs, stark mountains, forest and a winding coastline dotted with empty beaches and remote fishing villages. For many, the Highlands is the most beautiful region of the British Isles.
It is a wild place with the lowest population density in Europe, but the Highlanders you’ll encounter here are proud, warm and welcoming, with a strong, independent heritage that stretches back centuries.
More than just whisky, fairy tale castles and sprawling stalking estates – though it certainly has those in spades – it is where the modern face of Scotland can be seen in juxtaposition with long held tradition. Re-emerging wildlife, endless opportunity for adventure and incredible local produce make the Highlands a fine destination to explore.
Twin a morning’s scenic flight over gleaming lochs with an afternoon sea kayaking alongside dolphins and seals in the west coast’s fjords, an invigorating hike before a private distillery tasting, or perhaps trace your family tree across the landscape with your own genealogist.
Then spend your nights living like a laird in a grand Victorian manor, savour a luxurious rail journey across majestic landscapes, or curl up by the fire in private cottage with a whole glen to yourself. Whatever luxury Highland experience you’re after, let Jacada Travel plan your personalised adventure.

When to visit
Depending on where you want to go, Scotland can be a year-round destination, but spring and autumn are particularly pleasant. May–June and September–October are especially pretty as the wildflowers and heather are at their best. These months also fall on either side of the summer holiday surge in domestic visitors. Rain might make an appearance at any time of year, and weather in the Highlands can be unpredictable.
