Luxury Iguassu Falls Tours made for you
Discover one of the world’s most impressive natural beauties
Spectacular Iguassu Falls in the tropical rainforest
Truly one of the most spectacular sites that nature has to offer, the scale of Iguassu falls has to be seen to be believed, with 275 falls cascading over almost three kilometres of the Parana river. The torrential Iguassu River crosses the State of Paraná, Southern Brazil, from east to west and a few miles before its junction with the Paraná River it forms one of the most impressive natural beauties of the world. Spend your time here exploring the area, seeing the incredible birdlife and heading out onto the water on boat trips on various thrilling Iguazu Falls adventure tours.
The spectacle is made all the more impressive by the setting; the lush tropical rainforests. Straddling both Argentina and Brazil, the falls are best enjoyed from both sides, each having their own unique advantages. On the Brazilian side, the waterfalls can be explored in all their glory with many different walkways around and over the cascades. There are also boat trips up to the falls themselves . There are even some birdwatching walks through the rainforest to discover. Along the way, your guides can share the details of some of the conservation efforts at play here and how they are helping to protect the area.
The name comes from the indigenous Guarani language and means ‘Great Water’. The Guarani people have a very strong connection to their ancestral lands. With many of their traditions centred on this spiritual connection, you’ll see echoes of it through their arts and crafts.

A word from one of our experts
I remember visiting the Iguassu Falls and being totally blown away. I couldn’t quite believe the size, noise and beauty of the hundreds of waterfalls stretched out in front of me. The falls sit on the border between Argentina and Brazil, both sides offer a very different experience, so I’d really recommend visiting both.
